Additional Information

Payment Terms:

  • A 50% deposit is required to start the project, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.

  • Alternatively, you can opt for a monthly payment option, spreading the total cost over four months.

  • Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice.

Project Timeline:

The estimated timeline for each project will be discussed and agreed upon before the start of the project. Guide timelines are as follows:

  • Game Announcement Landing Page: 2-4 weeks

  • Full Game Website: 6-8 weeks

  • Studio Website: 8-12 weeks

For timelines that require a fast turnaround, an additional 20% of the project price will be billed

Revisions:

  • Each project includes a maximum of 2 rounds of feedback up until launch. Additional revisions will be billed at $75/hour. Please see Retainer Plans for other options.

Additional Services:

  • Maintenance and Support: Post-launch maintenance and support packages are available starting at $600/month. See the Retainer Plans for more details.

Basic Plan: $600/month

  • 8 hours of support: Allocation of 8 hours per month for any support and maintenance tasks.

  • Basic updates and maintenance:

    • Website Updates: Regular updates to ensure the front-end code is up-to-date.

    • Bug Fixes: Addressing and resolving minor issues or bugs that arise.

  • Monthly report:

    • Update Summary: Details of all updates and maintenance performed during the month.

    • Recommendations: Suggestions for improvements or optimizations.

  • Task Tracking:

    • BugHerd Integration: Use of BugHerd to track and manage tasks and bugs efficiently.

Standard Plan: $1,200/month

  • 16 hours of support: Allocation of 16 hours per month for any support and maintenance tasks.

  • All Basic Plan services:

    • Website updates, bug fixes, monthly reports, and BugHerd integration.

  • Enhanced Services:

    • Advanced Bug Fixes: Resolution of more complex issues that require additional time and expertise.

    • Performance Optimization: More thorough analysis and enhancement of website speed and efficiency.

Premium Plan: $2,400/month

  • 24 hours of support: Allocation of 24 hours per month for any support and maintenance tasks.

  • All Standard Plan services:

    • Includes all services from the Basic and Standard plans, including BugHerd integration.

  • Content updates:

    • Content Management: Any requested updates to website content using Storyblok, including text, images, and videos.

    • SEO Optimization: Ensuring all content is optimized for search engines.

    • New Page Creation: Designing and implementing new pages as needed.

Priority support:

  • Fast-Track Support: Prioritized response times for any support requests.

Additional Details

Service Delivery

  • Communication: Regular communication through email, Slack or other preferred method to ensure clients are informed about ongoing work and progress.

  • Task Tracking: Use of BugHerd to track tasks and bugs, providing clients with real-time updates on the status of their requests and the hours used.

  • Unused Hours: Unused hours during a month will not be rolled over or refunded.

Overages and Additional Hours:

  • Basic Plan: $75/hour for any additional hours beyond the 8-hour limit.

  • Standard Plan: $70/hour for any additional hours beyond the 16-hour limit.

  • Premium Plan: $65/hour for any additional hours beyond the 24-hour limit.

Payment Terms:

  • Billing Cycle: Monthly billing with invoices sent out on the 1st of each month.

  • Payment Methods: Acceptable payment methods include credit card and bank transfer.

Non-Retainer Support

In addition to my comprehensive retainer plans, I offer flexible non-retainer support and maintenance services for clients who prefer a pay-as-you-go approach. My non-retainer services are ideal for one-time updates, troubleshooting, or additional support beyond your retainer plan hours.

  • SEO Optimization: Improving on-page SEO elements to enhance your website’s visibility in search engines.

  • Consultation and Advice: Providing expert advice on best practices, new technologies, and strategies to improve your website’s performance.

Payment Terms

  • Billing: Clients will be billed at a rate of $75 per hour for any non-retainer support and maintenance services.

  • Minimum Charge: There is a minimum charge of one hour for any task or support request.

  • Invoicing: Invoices will be issued upon completion of the requested services or at the end of each month for ongoing support.

  • Payment Due: Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date.

Additional Information

  • Task Tracking: All tasks and hours worked are tracked using BugHerd, ensuring transparency and providing clients with real-time updates on the status of their requests.

  • Response Time: I strive to respond to all support and maintenance requests within 24 hours. The actual resolution time may vary based on the complexity of the request and current workload.

  • Communication: Regular communication will be maintained through email or a project management tool to keep you informed about ongoing work and progress.
