5/5 studio spots for summer reveals

Bookings close Saturday, 30 May 2026

Your trailer will get one moment. Don't waste it on a broken website.

You've spent two years building the game. The trailer is locked. The showcase slot is confirmed. And the website? It's a Notion page, a placeholder, or a thing you'd rather not link to.

When the trailer drops, viewers Google your game. They want a wishlist link, screenshots, a release window, and a sense that this is a real studio. They want it in under ten seconds.

Most indies miss this moment. Their site is half-finished, doesn't load on mobile, or doesn't exist yet. By the time they fix it, the showcase week is over and the wishlist spike is gone.

We fix this. Properly. On time.

On time, every time

Live the day your trailer drops.

We commit to your showcase date in writing at kickoff. The work is scoped to fit, the milestones are fixed, and we plan around your reveal day rather than ours.

The clock pauses if assets or feedback come in late from your end. Everything else is on us.

We can promise this because we plan for it. Tight scope, fixed milestones, no surprises. The studios that work with us already know this. New ones find out fast.

Two studios, one delivery.

Code32

Handles development. Nuxt, Vue, fast hosting, proper analytics, accessible code that won't embarrass you in a year. We've been building for game studios for years.

Fully Illustrated

Handles design. Brand-aligned, distinctive, built around your game's tone rather than a template. For these summer projects, Fully Illustrated is matching our 20% off, so design is bundled into the price.

You get one project, two specialists. Each doing what they're best at.

What's not included

To keep the price and the timeline tight, the package doesn't include:

  • Trailer production or video editing
  • Custom illustration or logo design
  • Steam page work
  • Translation or localisation
  • Ongoing maintenance after launch (available separately as a retainer)
  • Custom backend functionality beyond the CMS

If you need any of these, we can recommend partners or quote separately after launch.

The fine print, upfront.

The 20% discount and on-time delivery commitment apply if:

  • Your target showcase date is confirmed at kickoff in writing
  • Project kickoff happens at least 4 weeks before your showcase
  • You deliver assets within 5 working days of kickoff
  • You sign off on design milestones within 2 working days
  • Bookings are received and deposit paid by Saturday, 30 May 2026

Late delivery from your side pauses our clock. The commitment is on our delivery, not yours.

Common questions

That's fine, we just need a target date. If your showcase is confirmed mid-project, we lock it in then.

Yes. The discount still applies. We've worked with plenty of in-house and freelance designers. We'll need design files in Figma (or similar) covering desktop and mobile breakpoints.

The discount applies to any project booked by 15 May, regardless of showcase date. If your showcase is in August, the timeline still works the same.

We don't, by choice. Design is its own discipline. Fully Illustrated handles it for these projects.

Works the same. We'll integrate whatever store badges and links you need: itch.io, Epic, GOG, console store pages.

You own everything: code, content, hosting account. We can offer a retainer for ongoing changes if you want, or you can hand it off to your own dev or another studio. No lock-in.

50% on contract signing, 50% on launch. Standard.

You do, fully, on final payment. We retain the right to mention the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

5 spots. Closing Saturday, 30 May 2026.

If your showcase is on the horizon and your website isn't, let's have a 15-minute call. No pitch, just a quick scope conversation. If we're a fit, we'll send a written quote within 48 hours. If we're not, we'll point you somewhere that is.
